Tender Markets is an Electronic Tender Management Solution for Public Sector Units (PSUs) and Government Departments. It provides an electronic marketplace for procurement of goods and services. Tender Management and Reverse Auction functionalities are provided by the system. Buyers can prepare tenders using tender templates, which can be customized at four levels viz. Envelope, Part, Section and Article. Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) is uploaded on the site. Interested bidders can access the tender details and submit their bids online. Bid comparison statement is automatically prepared after the tenders are opened. The software also incorporates a contract management feature.
