The company is managed by its promoters who are involved in strategic decision-making as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the company. The company is led by its founder Mr. Prantosh Bhattacharyya, who is the Chairman and Managing Director. He has over 50 years of experience in Industry in India and abroad as an entrepreneur and in the top management of Indian and multi-national organisations.

He successfully promoted and managed 2 consulting engineering firms by the name M/s Ercom Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (as Vice-Chairman) and M/s Conscom Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (as Chairman and Managing Director) having offices at New Delhi and Madras employing more than 100 engineers of various disciplines. These companies are in the business of providing engineering and management consultancy in the field of basic and detailed engineering, project management and operations management for the cement industry

His previous experience includes 7 years at M/s Humphreys and Glasgow Consultants (UK based multinational consulting company) as Associate Director and General Manager, 7 years at M/s Holtech Engineers (Indo-Swiss consulting firm) as General Manager, 2 years at M/s National Cement Company, Dubai as General Manager and 14 years at M/s Associated Cement Companies (ACC) as Sr. Manager in charge of 5-million tonne expansion project.

During his career spanning more than 5 decades, Mr. P. Bhattacharyya has traveled all over the world and has been exposed to the latest state-of-art technologies. He was the first person in India to implement dry-process cement plant project using 4-stage pre-heater, a technology which he mastered during his trip to Germany in 1963.

Mr. P. Bhattacharyya has extensive experience of successful project execution involving highly capital intensive projects like 1-million tonne per annum cement plants, which require an investment of upwards of Rs. 500 crore. The projects executed by him include Vikram Cement, Modi Cement, Grasim Cement and others.

Mr. P. Bhattacharyya has a consistent record of academic excellence and holds a BE (Electrical) degree from Bengal Engineering College (Shibpur), West Bengal.

Mr. Asoke Kumar Roy had a distinguished career with the Indian Railway spanning a period of almost 4 decades. He rose to the position of Advisor to the Railway Board, Ministry of Railways, Government of India. He is a pioneer of several of Indian Railways' activities and in many cases his innovative skill was demonstrated.

During his career, Roy raveled extensively to gather first-hand knowledge of Railways operating system in U.K., France, West Germany, Sweden and Japan.

His expertise includes Planning, System Design of Urban Mass Transit Systems both underground and overground, the best example of which is the Calcutta Metro. He has also vast experience of 25 KV AC Electrification of Main Line Railway and Maintenance and Operation of Electrified Railways all over India, where he worked in various capacities.

Roy has published several important papers on the Design and Operation of Railway systems including automatic braking and the design of Rapid Transit System Cars, which have been well received.

Other assignments handled by him include System Design and Train Dynamics for Delhi Metro and Preparation of Feasibility Studies for Mass Rapid Transport System.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) of Calcutta University and a post graduate degree from The Imperial College of Science and Technology, London.

Mr. Ranjan Bhattacharyya, is a co-promoter and the Executive Director of the company. He has over 12 years experience in the Information Technology industry.

Earlier he worked for 2 years (Aug. 1991- Sep. 1993) at M/s Conscom Engineers Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi. At Conscom, he was in charge of starting the software division of the company. During this time, he successfully led a team in developing a software for Computerised Preventive Maintenance and Spares Inventory Control. This software was implemented at M/s Modi Cement (now taken over by M/s Gujarat Ambuja) and M/s Chariot Cement, Orissa among others.

He left Conscom to start his career as an entrepreneur at the age of 23 years by promoting Anuron Hitech as a partnership firm along with his father Mr. Prantosh Bhattacharyya. Anuron Hitech was founded with a vision "to provide Indian industry with the latest hitech tools and technologies from across the world to increase their competitive ability".

He led the team in the successful execution of turnkey industrial automation projects at M/s ICI India Ltd., M/s Mahindra and Mahindra, M/s Mafatlal Industries (Chemical Division) etc. Anuron Hitech also became very successful in selling project management software to clients such as M/s Konkan Railways, M/s ONGC, M/s Tata Electric Companies, M/s BSES and others.

In 1997, when the company was converted into a Private Limited company, he was instrumental in taking a decision to develop and market software for Indian industry. Accordingly, work was started on developing a software for Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). ANURON had its first customer for TPM software in the form of M/s Ramon and Demm Ltd., Thane, a part of the Eicher group of companies. Other orders followed including from M/s Mafatlal Industries, Chemical Division, M/s Syngenta India Ltd., M/s Castrol India Ltd., M/s Lupin Ltd., M/s Bayer India Ltd., etc.

Mr. Ranjan Bhattacharyya has successfully led development teams in system analysis and design, development and implementation of softwares for Maintenance Management, Material Management, Human Resource Management, Insurance Management, Hospital Management and Library Management developed by the company.

Mr. Ranjan Bhattacharyya is a BSc (Physics) graduate from Bombay University. He holds post-graduate diplomas in Computer Programming and Applications from APTECH and Business Management from St. Xavier's Institute of Management, Bombay.
