Voyager 2007 MMS is a proven software solution which enables implementation of planned maintenance activities such as preventive and predictive maintenance with effective budgeting and cost control. The software provides analysis of breakdown history of equipments including Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). Through Failure Analysis, it pinpoints and eliminates causes of recurring equipment breakdowns. The software serves as a tool to plan, monitor, record and analyze maintenance activities on a day-to-day basis, with a view to improving plant availability, production efficiency and rate of quality. This helps to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) thereby supporting Total Productive Maintenance initiatives of the plant management.
