This is a prestigious project for the largest bank in India.  The project is a part of a wider BPR exercise to improve efficiency in the Public Sector Bank.  We are implementing a state-of-art BPM system using Lotus Domino Utilities.  This system covers all processes and correspondence between the corporate center and local head office.  High value credit proposals are being routed through this system leading to significant efficiency improvements.  For certain high-value proposals, the loan approval cycle has been reduced by 50%.  This has given a boost to business growth since it is now possible to process twice the number of proposals in the same amount of time.

Development of BPO software for US Client

Software for Patient Care system at hospitals, developed for a Medical BPO.  In case of any discrepancies in X-ray reports etc., patients need to be informed to avoid legal liabilities.  The software manages this process by alerting when calls need to be made, recording the comments, client billing and preparing MIS reports.

Computer Based Tutorial (CBT) with 3D Animation

Client :  Indian Railways – Staff Training College

Development of CBT for teaching the operation and maintenance of Brake System of Electric Motor Unit (EMU) trains.  The CBT incorporates audio, video, text and 3D animation and is first of its kind to be developed for the staff training college.  The CBT will enable the trainees to have a more comprehensive learning experience than possible through conventional teaching methods.

Workshop Management

A comprehensive Workshop Management System was implemented for the first time for Western Railways EMU Maintenance Workshop at Mahalaxmi and Car Shed at Bombay Central.  The system includes failure analysis and scheduled maintenance of trains thus increasing the reliability of trains running on the WR line in Bombay.  This enables WR to provide better services to the thousands of commuters using their services daily.

Development of software for insurance agency operations of a UK-based client.  The software provides a comprehensive solution which includes on-line premium calculation, generation of hold cover for a temporary period, generation of policy, premium payment follow-up, maintenance of account details, claims management etc.

Development of software for Fundamentals Analysis of over 350 companies listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).  The system is being used for taking portfolio management decisions by the Fund Managers of a Rs. 800 crore Mutual Fund set up to invest in the Indian stock market by a large Foreign Institutional Investor (FII).
